We are Montse Lamas and Manel Borraz. Together with our children, Mireia and Eric, our Chihuahuas and cats we form our cattery "Montericmei". Montericmei is a small family cattery which began breeding in 1989. It is currently enrolled in WCF and CFA.
Montse and Golden-Gun Our cats are bred in a family environment and live with us since they are born. This is a very important factor for their behavioural development.
Mireia and Kety All of our cats follow a long and planned breeding programme so as to achieve both a homogeneous breed type and that special “doll-kind” look which we love. This is the reason why it is very important to work with genetics properly. In our pedigrees you will find very concrete lines which have been worked out thoroughly. We have fantastic “vans”, “arlechins” and a wonderful genetics in blue-eyed whites (non-deaf), both in persians and exotics. Our cattery is PKD tested and we only breed with negative PKD exemplars.
